By 2007 due to the successful growth of the business, we identified the need to invest in a larger Hatchery building that would allow us to increase our production and to condition brood fish all year round. The building, completed by the end of that year, is fully insulated and fitted with bespoke recalculation systems to condition brood fish, hatch and grow fry on.

This building can be viewed as part of a farm visit* in accordance with our Bio-Security Policy as the brood fish and fry are very sensitive to noises and disturbances.
