Fish orders are dispatched Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to ensure fish are delivered on a week day.

Bank Holiday & Operational Notes

Due to courier schedules and fish welfare:

• Fish cannot be placed into the courier system on Mondays or Fridays
• The same applies to Tuesdays following a bank holiday

This helps ensure safe transit and avoids delays.

Delivery Preparation

Before dispatch:

• Fish are health checked
• Packed using oxygenated bags and insulated containers
• Scheduled for the fastest possible delivery route

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should:

• Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
• Your fish should be introduced to your pond as soon as they are delivered
• Follow acclimatisation guidance provided
